Free Delivery in South Africa within 4 - 5 days.


Our return policy is simple. If you receive the product and you don’t like it within 7 days, you can send it back to us or we can arrange collection at cost which will be deducted from the full refund amount. Within South Africa, this is usually R200 – R300. To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be in the same condition that you received it (unused), unless there is a valid product defect. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returning your Rogue Ice Cooler is easy to do. Simply email us your sales receipt/ proof of purchase and reason for return. Determine whether you will be delivering it to us or whether you would like us to collect at a nominal fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
