" There’s something comforting about a cooler designed and built by South Africans who know how tough the outdoors can be. Instead of using injection or blow-moulded plastic, they are made using the same process as white-water kayaks. This, plus a UV-resistant coating, genuine-leather straps and handles, and moulded hinges, create an impressively robust unit. The standout testable feature for us was the ice retention – we used the 45L on a weekend and still had oodles of ice come Monday morning. We also loved the non-slip feet, tethered drain plug and built-in bottle opener. "
